Diamantide, a metal band from the Bay Area (San Francisco, California), has made a strong entrance with their self-titled debut album. Fronted by the fierce Armenian vocalist Nadian Zakharian, Diamantide blends razor-sharp musicianship with raw emotion to create something truly unforgettable. Her powerful voice adds a unique twist to their sound, making their music both technically impressive and deeply moving.
After just one listen through the album, the track that instantly grabbed me was "Poor Kings." This song has all the makings of a radio hit—I can already hear it being played on KROQ. Seriously, KROQ needs to listen to this ASAP. The production is top-notch, and the energy is undeniable. "Poor Kings" has the potential to blow up not just locally but internationally. If you haven’t checked out Diamantide’s album yet, do yourself a favor and give it a listen.
